SET UP
1. Insert the microSD card into the MICRO SD slot, notched edge away from the screen.
2. Turn off your Eurorack and use the ribbon cable to connect the module to power:
■ Attach to the module with red edge of the ribbon cable on the left
side of the module when module is held with power socket on top
edge of module.
■ Attach to the Eu12V power supply, with the red edge of the
cable aligned with pin 1 or the -12V pins on the power supply bus.
3. Mount the module into the rack and then power it up.
4. Connect your bitbox mk2 to external gear:

Out1 & Out2: connect to your mixer or speakers.
▪
In1 & In2: connect to left and right audio signals to record.
▪
MIDI: connect to a MIDI controller to trigger pads, play pads
chromatically, follow a MIDI clock, or use MIDI CC to control
parameters.
GET STARTED
When bitbox mk2 powers up, you see the Pads Screen. Touch a pad to trigger it. Use the
knobs to select elements and assign values. Push the HOME button to open the Menu
screen.

NOTE:
■ The bitbox mk2 does not automatically save your changes. Any unsaved changes
will be lost when you load a preset or power down the module. Push the HOME
button until you see the Menu screen, touch Presets, and then touch Save to
commit the changes to the preset.
