Battery Installation 

HMMWV M1045A2 TOW Missile Carrier: 

 
IMPORTANT! 

Use  only  a  12  Volt  (7.0  Amp/Hr.)  battery.  Use  of  any  other  battery  will  damage 

your HMMWV M1045A2 TOW Missile Carrier. Make sure that  you charge the 12V battery for at 
least 18 hours using the enclosed 12 Volt charger before operating your HMMWV M1045A2 TOW 
Missile Carrier for the first time. 

Charge the 12V battery for at least 14 hours after each use of 

the  HMMWV  M1045A2  TOW  Missile  Carrier.  Never  charge  the  12V  battery  longer  than  30 
hours. Failure to follow these instructions may damage your 12V battery and will void your
