SENSOR & ALARM CABLE (DIGITAL I/O)
The Digital I/O Cable is used for connecting the DVR to the vehicle’s pertinent electrical functions, such as the turn
signals, brake pedal, and the stop-arm. The cable is 15 feet long and connects to the DVR using a molded 2x5
Molex connector, and to the vehicle’s equipment using 4 twisted pairs of wires. Using the Digital I/O Cable is an
optional function at your discretion.

GPS MODULE (602W ONLY)
The GPS Module is an external GPS antenna. The module’s cable measures 12 feet long and uses a mini din cable
connection to connect to the DVR. The module has a magnetic base; however, it is recommended that the module
be secured to a surface through its screw holes. To ensure maximum functionality, the GPS antenna must be
mounted in direct, unobstructed line-of-sight with the sky, such as the base of the windshield.
WIFI MODULE (602W ONLY)
The WIFI Module is an external 802.11G wireless antenna. The module’s cable measures 9 feet long and uses a
mini din cable connection to connect to the DVR. The module has a magnetic base to attach to the roof of the bus.
To ensure maximum functionality, the WIFI antenna must be mounted in direct, unobstructed line-of-sight with a
wireless access point. The WIFI module is used in conjunction with the 247Security offerings of “Hands Free” and
“SmartServer”. The DVR may also be configured to work with other wireless networks.
