RECOMMENDATION:

We  recommend to all our customers that they do not store the

remote control of the Cadillock

®

Alarm in the same place as the car

key but keep them separated (for example, by attaching it to anoth-

er keyring). This is for your own safety, since a great deal of car

thefts are carried out with the aid of stolen car keys.

NOTE:

Additional wireless remote controls can be ordered from the manu-

facturer at www.2bfirst.com. Your correct registration is a require-

ment for this. The device number on your customer card has the

code of your personal wireless remote control.

E. Replacing the battery of the remote control

1. Please loosen the three screws on the back of the remote control

and remove the cover of the battery compartment.

2. Now replace the battery. You will need a 12V alkaline battery of

type A27.

3. Replace the cover of the battery compartment and tighten the

three screws again.

The lifespan of the provided batteries is about two years. If the LED

on the remote control only has a dim light during the use, or if the

range at which the wireless remote control functions lessens, this

means that the battery is nearly spent. Then please replace the bat-

tery within four weeks.
