The
Priority
number establishes the order for extensions when
users make outgoing calls. When users pick up the handset to
make a call, the system activates the line designated as
Priority
1. If
Priority
1 is busy, the system activates the
Priority
2 line.
You can map all of the line card extensions to buttons, or you can map
some of the extensions to telephones to allow calls to specific telephones
without going through the Attendant Console.
Adding the
Attendant Console
User
To add the Attendant Console user:

Choose an Extension. Extension 100 is reserved for the Attendant
Console.

Click
Apply
. The user is added and the window returns to its defaults so
you can add another user.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 to add more users.

Click
Close
when you finish.
Setting a User’s
Ringer Tones
To set a user’s ringer tones:

On the main menu, click the
User Configuration
icon. The Users window
appears (Figure 77). The list box shows the telephone extension, the
device name, and the user’s first and last names for each user.

Select a user from the list.

Click the
Ringer Tones
tab. the Ringer Tones window appears (Figure 80).
