Modify Extensions Window

Select the Extensions you want to modify. You can use Shift-click to select
a block of extensions, and Control-click to select several extensions at
different locations in the list.

Select the operation you want to perform from the
Operation
list. The
operation you select uses the value in the text box to the right. Select one
of these operations.

Change Extension
: Modifies the first selected extension.
Apply the
Change Extension
command to only one extension at a time. If
you select multiple extensions, the NBX 100 applies the change only to
the first selected extension.
■
Prepend
: Prepends the digits in front of all selected extensions.
■
Append
: Appends the digits to the end of all selected extensions.
■
Strip Leading Digits
: Strips (removes) the specified number of digits
from the beginning of all selected extensions.
■
Strip Trailing Digits
: Strips (removes) the specified number of digits
from the end of all selected extensions.

Make the appropriate entry in the text box to the right of the
Operation
list. The NBX 100 uses the number you type in this text box in conjunction
with the operation you select.
