Managing Extensions and Extension Lists

Move as many extensions as you want to the left scroll list. If you move an
extension to the left scroll list by mistake, you can highlight it and click >>
to move the extension back to the
Extensions not in List
scroll list.
The Priority function applies only to extension lists in the current NBX 100
release. In the left scroll list (Extensions in List), you can highlight an
extension name, enter a priority number in the text box below the list,
and click the
Change Priority In List
button. The new priority appears as
the number to the left of the item within square brackets. When the NBX
100 accesses an extension list, it attempts to use the highest priority
extension first.
Example: If the extension list contains extensions assigned to T1 channels,
you can assign unique priorities to each extension. If you instruct the NBX
100 to place an outgoing call using the T1 line, it attempts to use the
highest priority extension/channel first, and tries the next highest priority
extension/channel if the first is unavailable. Priorities range from 1
(highest) to 99 (lowest and maximum value).

extension list to the Dial Plan.
