If you select
IPSEC
, the page will dynamically change to display IPSEC
related parameters.

Select an attachment layer (
WAN Interface
or
PPP Profile
) for the VPN
tunnel from the
Attachment Layer
drop-down menu. The VPN
Configuration page will dynamically change based on your selection.
If you selected WAN Interface as your attachment layer, select the
appropriate WAN interface in the
Attachment Interface
drop-down
menu.
If you selected PPP Profile as your attachment layer, select the appropriate
PPP profile in the
Attachment Profile
drop-down menu.
A PPP Profile must exist. If you have not created one, the system will
prompt you to create one.

Enter the Client IP address in the
Client IP Address
field. This is the
address of the workstation on the LAN side of the OfficeConnect
Gateway that will be on one end of the VPN tunnel.

Select a connection type (
Single, Entire Network, or Customized
) from
the
Client Connection
drop-down menu.
If you select Customized, the page will dynamically change to show
the
Client IP Mask
field. Enter your Client IP Mask address in this field.

Enter the IP address of the Peer workstation in the
Peer IP Address
field.

Select a connection type (
Single, Entire Network, or Customized
) from
the
Peer Connection
drop-down menu.
If you select Customized, the page will dynamically change to show
the
Peer IP Mask
field. Enter the Peer IP Mask address in this field.

Select an IP Protocol (
All, TCP, or UDP
) from the
IP Protocol
drop-down
menu.
If you select TCP or UDP, the page will dynamically change to display
the
Client IP
and
Peer IP
Port fields.
If you selected TCP or UDP, select the appropriate category (
Allow all
Ports
or
Filter Port
) for the
Client
and
Peer IP Ports
. If you select
Filter
Port
, the system will display a text box for entering the Port Number
