Using Your
Web Browser
To establish a Console Telnet session with the OfficeConnect Gateway from your
web browser, perform the following steps:

From your web browser, access the
OfficeConnect Gateway
page (Default IP
address: 192.168.1.1).
The Configuration options are displayed on the left-hand frame of the
OfficeConnect Gateway
page.

Click
Console Telnet
(located in the
Management
section of the left-hand frame
)
to access the
Console Telnet
page (shown in the following illustration).

Click
Connect to
access the
Telnet
window.

Login to the Telnet Session by entering your User Name and Password. When you
have entered this information, you can access the OfficeConnect Gateway
Command Line prompt:
OCG-Adsl>>

Using your
Telnet Client
Software
Using your Telnet client software of choice, establish a Console Telnet session with
the OfficeConnect Gateway using the LAN IP address of the OfficeConnect
Gateway (Default IP address: 192.168.1.1).
telnet <ip_address>
Enter the command,
telnet
<ip address>,
at the DOS prompt on your PC or
Telnet Appliance, to establish a telnet session with the OfficeConnect Gateway.
Once you have entered this command, you will see the login screen.
