Create
from the drop-down list in the
Edit Mode
field.

Enter the following information in the text fields of this page:

User Name
: Enter the name of the new user (32 character limit).
■
Password
: Enter the password for the new user (15 character limit).
■
Verify Password
: Re-enter the password.

Select the appropriate privilege level (
Administrator
or
Manager
) for the
new user from the drop-down list in the
Privilege
field.
Administrator privilege allows the user access to all configurable options
of the OfficeConnect Gateway. Manager privilege permits the user to
configure and change the LAN related parameters. Other parameters
provide read-only access to the Manager.

Click
Apply
to save your changes to the page. (If you click
Reset
while in
the
Create Edit Mode
, all changes you made on this page will be deleted,
and the fields will be re-set to their default values.)

Click
SaveAll
on the upper right portion of the menu bar to save your
changes permanently.

To verify that your web link information has been added to the system,
select
Modify
from the drop-down list in the
Mode
field.

Click the drop-down list in the
Link Name
field to view the list of current
web links. The Link Name you created will be displayed in this list.
Modify a User
Account
To modify the information associated with a user, perform the following
steps:

Click
Login Users
to access the
Users
page.

Select
Modify
from the drop-down list in the
Edit Mode
field.

Select the name of the user you want to modify from the drop-down list
in the
User Name
field.

Modify the information for the user as appropriate:
■
Password
: Change the user’s password.
■
Privilege
: Change the user’s privilege level (Administrator or
Manager).

Click
Apply
to save your changes to the page.

Click
SaveAll
on the upper right portion of the menu bar to save your
changes permanently.
