Access Buttons
Access buttons have the following settings:
1 OK
— Press the
OK
button to send a call.
2 Release
— Press the
Release
button to disconnect a call.
3 Call Park
— Enables you to place a call in a holding pattern so that it can
be retrieved from another telephone in the system. See

4 Call History
— Enables you to view the last 10 missed, answered, or
dialed calls on the Display Panel. See

5 Feature
— Enables you to access features that are not directly assigned
to an Access button on your telephone. For more information on feature

6 Directory
— Lists, in the Display Panel, all the users in your organization
and their extensions. You can use the Soft Buttons to sort the list and
select an entry. Selecting an entry automatically dials the extension. See
