BF cameras
field displays the active camera. Currently, there is only one active
camera for Brightfield mode.

Objectives
field displays the objective used for scanning.

The
Filter
for each
objective can be set in Fluorescent mode.
There might be specks or minor etches on the surface of the compensation slide that
require modifying the threshold settings. Therefore, the scanner will not use those areas
for the creation of the compensation images. To modify the threshold settings, set the
desired threshold value in the box. To create the compensation image(s), click

To use the Fluorescent image compensation function, take a compensation image and use
a compensation slide for each fluorescent channel. For an optimal result, use a
compensation slide with homogeneous fluorescent sample for each channel. For
example: 5 microliters of fluorescent conjugate secondary antibodies dropped on a blank
slide and covered.
Caution!
Compensation images must be taken for all objectives and fluorescent channels!
