Access the splice chamber area by routing the
jumpers around the bottom of the frames, the
frames can be lowered individually for easy access
into the splice chamber area.
a)
Make sure the frame security chain is
hooked to the top of the frame.
b) Loosen the center frame screws at the top of the
jumper trough and swing the frame down.

a) Align the probe pins and insert in caps test
ports.
b) Depress the clamps to allow clearance over cap
heads. Push probe forward until clamps snap
behind cap head.

Self-Strip Pocket Test Probe 4327P
This probe is installed with the same
procedures as the 4327 probe. It is used as a
personal test probe as needed.

a) Attach 4324 priority caps on special circuits
for identification and protection from probe
insertion.
b) Identify circuit on matte surface of priority cap.
c) Install the cap by pushing the two legs between
the binder posts to be protected.

13.1 Break feeder and distribution field cables into
100-pair groups. Route the groups up to the tie
bar and across to the appropriate frame location
