3M™ Temperature Logger TL20/TL25 - Hardware Installation

•

The PC will recognize that a new hardware is connected to the USB port and will open the
Windows Hardware Wizard to perform the installation of the USB driver.

•

Different USB ports in the same computer may cause the Window Hardware Wizard to
start again and request to repeat the installation

•

After the software installation is complete, connect the USB cable to the USB port on the PC.

•

It is recommended to connect the USB cable

directly to the PC USB port and not through a port on a

docking station or other external accessory port hub.

•

Check that the USB cable connectors are

firmly and fully inserted

in both the computer USB port and

in the TL20 opening as shown in the pictures below.
