module is equipped with network technology that allows you to configure it to the function
you wish to use. (Refer to Operations for more details.) When you first use the
EP
8

NET
module, it will be
configured to the factory defaults. You can use the Configuration Utility (see ) for configuring the
network settings, however, this section covers the procedures for using just the
EP
8

0
NET
module
(mounted on the projector) to configure and confirm a portion of the network settings.
(1) Open the WIRELESS menu. (Refer to the projector's user guide as necessary.) Using either
the remote control or projector's operation panel,
• Press the MENU button
• Once the menu appears, use the button to scroll down to WIRELESS.
(2) Press the button.
(4) [IP ADDRESS]
Indicates the
EP

0
NET
module's current IP address.
The IP's factory default setting is 192.168.100.10.
An IP address is a unique numeric address used to
identify each network device.
Please note that each device in the same network
must have a unique IP address.
You may not have two devices on the same network
with the same IP address.
(5) [SUBNET MASK]
The network address portion of the IP address.
The factory default is 255.255.255.0.
In the example shown here, the network address is
192.168.100.0.
Please configure this to the same network address
used by your PC.

(3) Press the button.
Likewise, for the remaining configurable items as
well, use the cursor navigation buttons to make the
desired setting and use the ENTER button to the
next step and the ESC button to the previous step.
