Static MAC address table
Static MAC address is different from dynamic MAC address. Once the static address is added, the address will
remain in effect before deleting it, cannot be limited by the maximum aging time. Static address list records the
static address of ports. In the static address list, one MAC address corresponds to one port, if try to configuration,
all data sent to this address will only be forwarded to the port. And also become he MAC address binding.
