After that, disconnect and reconnect the converter to your PC one more time.
Then you will be able to select the COM port in the bootloader program.
Checking connection between sensor and tracker via Rs485.
If, for some reason, the sensor’s data is not transmitted onto the tracker properly
after you have properly configured everything, you need to check if there’s any data
exchange between the devices.
To do that, connect the sensor to the tracker via Rs485. Power both devices up.
Then take a Rs485-USB converter and connect it between the sensor and the
tracker as follows:
1) For Rs485, line A and line B of the converter must be connected with the line A
and line B of the tracker and the sensor

Run the Terminal.exe program and configure the COM port as follows:
Baud rate – 19200, Parity – None, Stop-bits – 1, Handshaking – None.
Also check the HEX or ASCII box depending on what format the sensor’s
output will be transmitted in.
