OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Description
Model 4PRO8016 drives Ga.21 (type 80 with crown 12,8mm) staple from 4mm to 16mm length.
Die-cast aluminum body for strong driving and light weight. Aluminum alloy magazine with large
capacity. Quick release latch for fast jam releasing and fast loading.2’’long nose for easier firing
into tight spots and into joints. Economical air consumption and low noise. It is excellent for
furniture backs, upholstery furniture, wood ornaments, paneling, , drawer, rails and labelling of
wood elements etc.
Never free-fire the tool at high pressure.
13. DO NOT OPERATE THE TOOL NEAR A FLAMMABLE SUBSTANCE.
Never operate the tool near a flammable substance (e.g., thinner, gasoline, etc). Volatile fumes
from these substances could be drawn into the compressor and compressed together with the air
and this could result in an explosion. Additionaly during operation tool can produce sparks which
may also cause an explosion.
14. DO NOT DRIVE FASTENER ON TOP OF NAILED FASTENER,
or the fastener can ricochet
causing personal injury.
15. NEVER USE A TOOL
that is leaking air, had missing or damaged parts or requires repair and
make sure all the screws and securely tightened.
16. MAKE DAILY INSPECTION FOR FREE MOVEMENT
of trigger, safety mechanism and spring
to insure the tool can operate well.
17. ONLY USE ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES
recommended and specified by
manufacturer.
18. CLEAN WORK AREA
Accidents occur where benches and work areas are cluttered or dirty,
floors must be kept clear.
19. MAKE SURE ONLY
use correct staples as specified for your tool.(See Fastener specification)
20. TO LUBRICATE YOUR TOOL
use only oil for pneumatic tools recommended by
OTTENSTEN POLSKA SP. ZO.O.
21. TOOL MUST BE USED ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE IT WAS DESIGNED.
22. ALWAYS
assume that tool contains fasteners.
23. DO NOT DISSASEMBLE OR MODIFY CONTROLS of the tool (e.g trigger).
24. Stands for mounting the fasteners driving tools to a support for example a work table, shall be
designed and constructed by the stand manufacturer in such a way that the fastener driving tool
can be safely fixed for the intended use, thus for example avoiding damage, distortion or
displacement.
25. TOOL`S REPAIRS SHALL BE ONLY PERFORMED BY AN AUTHORISED SERVICE OR
QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS.
