Replacing belt Wraps 

Note:  follow steps 1-3, page 12 if necessary. 

  .  Locate the hinge Flap on the Belt Wrap, if the 

hinge Flap is not visible; plug in the power 

cord and turn the unit on, press down on both 

Conveyor Safety Interlock Switches (Figure 0) 

and wait until the flap is exposed and centered. 

Turn the unit off and unplug the power cord, lift 

flap, remove the hinge Pin, and carefully remove 

the Belt Wrap from the unit (Figure 4). Discard 

this belt. Repeat this process for the rear (Crown) 

side. 

  2.  Install the new Belt Wraps with the hinge Flap 

hanging down and the wavy lines facing out, as 

shown in Figure 6. 

Note: the belt Wraps must be installed inside the 

yellow support Rods. the flap, should be installed 

facing the outside of the toaster and should be in 

the down position (figures 14 & 16). 

  3.  Close the front and rear Conveyor Covers by lift-

ing the covers and gently pushing upward and 

into the toaster until the covers latch onto the yel-

low Support Rods.

Note:  Make sure both Conveyor safety interlock 

switches are activated when the covers are 

installed (figure 11) or the conveyors will not 

rotate.

be sure the belt Wrap is positioned iNside the 

upper and lower yellow support Rods or damage 

to the belt Wraps will occur.
