Attaching the Conveyor Belt
When attaching the belt, refer to "
10.3.1. Removing the Conveyor Belt
" and reattach it mostly in a reverse
order from its removal.

Note
Attach the conveyor belt using the reference arrow on the rear side.
Install the roller with the plastic part to the back and metallic part to the front.
Assemble the roller so that it is possible to see two screws and flat faces on its side.

Conveyor Belt Tracking and Tension Adjustment
CAUTION
When the tension of the belt unnecessarily increases, the load on the motor increases and it
may cause a failure or accident.
Reversing the rotation direction of the belt may cause meandering.
Loosen the screw on the side on which the belt is shifting.
(Or fasten the screw on the other side.)
If the screws are loosened too much, running resistance will
increase.
In this case, fasten the screws as this is dangerous.
Tighten the locking nut after adjustment.

Adjust to hold normal operation for more than 10 minutes.
If stopped by pressing by hand conveyor belt while driving, it is appropriate tension.
