13.4. Error Messages
Internal Error
An internal error indicated by the result of self-check function. If repair is needed,
contact the local A&D dealer.
Clock Battery Error
Press any key and input the date and time. Refer to "5.2. Setting the Clock and
Calendar ".
Clock Error
Contact the local A&D dealer to repair the analyser.
Heater Cover Error
The heater cover is opened when starting self-test function. If it is closed, the self-
test function is started.
Internal Error
Turn the power switch once off and then on again. Check the frequency of the
power supply. Contact the local A&D dealer to repair the analyser, if the error is
not cleared.
Internal Error
Contact the local A&D dealer to repair the analyser.
Temperature Control Error
If this error is not cleared by turning the power switch off for more than a half
hour, contact the local A&D dealer to repair the analyser.
Time Error at Temperature Calibration
If no key operation for five minutes during temperature calibration.
Press any key, the weighing mode is displayed.
Overweight
The mass of sample has exceeded the weighing capacity.
If the weighing sample pan is empty but this error appears, contact the local A&D
dealer to repair the analyser.
Underweight, Sample Pan Error
The weight value is too light.
Check the pan, pan support and press the RESET key.
Calibrate the weighing unit.
If an error can be not be cleared, contact the local A&D dealer to repair the
analyser.
Full Memory
The number of results stored in memory has reached the upper limit.
Clear the data to store the new result. Refer to "10. Data Memory Function".
