If an error in two or more items is generated, the logical OR of each error
number is output. The error information of answer A1 is not cleared until the
error status is canceled.

Description
Error information of answer A1 is not cleared until the error state is
cleared. If an error is generated in answer A2, command generating an
error with “IES Error Status readout” can be read out. After the details
are checked with the IES command, the answer A2 is cleared.
