1. Press and hold the SCAN button for one second.
Wait for the last measurement
taken and the Ready symbol
to appear (thermometer will
beep when ready).
2. Press and hold the SCAN button. Insert
thermometer tip gently into the ear.
3. Release the SCAN button and wait for beep.
Remove the thermometer from ear canal. The
temperature is displayed.
