Information on the reception phone
Your telephone becomes a reception telephone once your hospitality manager
has defined your Aastra 5380/5380ip in the system as reception telephone and
has configured the basic settings.
As a receptionist, it is your responsibility to ensure that a guest checks in and out with-
out any problem. You can manage check-in, check-out and many other settings and
actions for your guest on your Aastra 5380/5380ip.
Your Aastra 5380/5380ip gives you a better overview by providing you with a room
occupation list as well as a list of active and expired wake-up calls.
