Voicemail function
The voicemail function helps you to manage your calls when you are absent or simply
when you do not want to be disturbed.
For the voicemail system to be able to record your messages, you must configure and per-
sonalize your voice mailbox, then forward your calls.
To activate call forwarding to your voicemail:

You must call the voicemail system to access the menus to configure and personalize your
voice mailbox.
The voicemail system allows you to program call forwarding to suit
your requirements:
• Immediate call forwarding
(*25)
• Call forwarding on no answer
(*26)
• Call forwarding on busy
(*27)
Refer to the section "Forwarding calls to voicemail", Page 30 to
access the entire procedure to forward to voicemail.

key for direct access to the voice mailbox.

You can also successively press the keys

-> A voice prompt welcomes you and gives the different
commands to access the main menu.
We recommend that you do the following straight away:
• To customise your access code,
• To record your name,
• Record your greeting message.
If required, contact your system operator for additional information
on using the voicemail system.
To program forwarding on a programmable key:
We recommend that you store this function on a programmable
key so that you can easily activate and deactivate forwarding of
your calls to the voice mailbox (see "Programmable keys",
Page 25 and "Call forwarding function", Page 29).
