Click on the drop down menus to select your option for the following:

Presence
•
Contact

Action

If you select any of the forward options you must provide a SIP URL or phone number that the calls will be forwarded
to. If you selected “Forward unanswered calls” you also need to enter in a “timeout” number (e.g. ‘5’ seconds).

Click
Save.
The following message appears:
Call Handling Rule Created.

Click on the
My Call Handling Rules
button.
2.
Click the checkbox beside a rule.
3.
Click
Edit.
4.
Make any necessary changes.
5.
Click
Save.
The following message appears:
Call Handling Rule Updated.

Click
Back to Rules Filter.

Click on the
My Call Handling Rules
button.

Click the checkbox beside a rule.

Click
Delete.
The following message appears:
Are you sure you want to delete the following records?
