Ending a Conference
The conference host should not end the conference by pressing the
Goodbye
button until all parties of the conference
call have been disconnected. If the conference host disconnects from the conference, the remaining conference partici-
pants cannot make any changes to the conference other than to hang up. They can, however, see and hear each other
until they hang up
.
To be able to disconnect all participants at once, you must have moderator control (see
Moderated
Conference Calls
on
page 99
).

Saving A Conference Call
You can save a conference while the conference is underway in order to save the contact information for all of the partici-
pants. Saved conferences can be dialed from the
Saved Conferences
panel, and can also be added to your favorites.
This feature allows you to call all participants in the conference at once, rather than dialing each participant individually.
1.
When your conference is over and all of your participants have been disconnected, touch the
Goodbye
button.
Note:
You can also create a saved conference on the BAS. See
To Add a Saved Conference:
on
page 115
.
