When you have more than one call on hold and one active call:
Transferring a Call
There are two types of call transfers that can be performed:

Blind transfer
•
Consultation hold transfer
Blind Transfer
This method allows you to transfer a call to another number, or to connect two active calls together and remove the calls
from your BluStar for Conference Room screen.
1.
Click the
Calls on Hold
button.
2.
Click the
Swap
button under the caller that is on hold.

During a call, click the
Transfer
button.
The call is now on hold pending completion of the transfer.
A red call appearance bar at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen says “
1. Choose Transfer Target
” and shows the
name or number of the caller now on hold.
