Feedback
A feedback application may be available in the App menu that you can use to send comments and/or report issues
directly to Aastra Telecom from your BluStar for Conference Room system.
To Send Comments or Report Issues Using the Feedback Application:
Note:
The feedback application must be enabled by a system administrator.
1.
Click the
Feedback
app.
2.
Click the
Feedback Type
field and select the general category of feedback you wish to send.
Note:
If the applicable general category is not listed, select
Other
.
3.
Click the
Your Email
field and enter in your email address by using the keyboard.
Note:
Including your email address is optional.
4.
Click the
Comment/Details
field and enter any comments or issue details by using the keyboard. If you are reporting an issue,
please state precisely all relevant information pertaining to the issue.
Note:
At any time, clicking the
Reset Form
button will discard all changes and revert the form back to its original state.
5.
Click
Submit Form
if no further changes are needed.
6.
Click
Done
to return to your home screen.
