Note:
These functions need to be programmed via the WinPDM or
CPDM. Please contact your system administrator.
7.6.1
Callback
During an outbound call, the soft key More is displayed, leading to the In
call menu.
To initiate callback, when a called extension is busy or there is no answer,
do the following:
1. Press More.
2. Select Callback, and press Select.
3. Press , and wait until the phone alerts.
You are called back (recall ring signal) when the ongoing call is
finished or the next time a new call is finished. You have to answer
within eight seconds, otherwise the callback service is cancelled.
While waiting for callback, you can make and receive calls as usual.
4. Press to answer when you are called back.
The system calls the extension.
Note:
If Callback is not programmed and shown in when pressing
More, you can press 6 to initiate callback. France, New
Zealand and Sweden, press 5.
Note:
Callbacks can be activated on several extensions at the same
time.
If all external lines are busy when
is pressed after dialing the external
number, do the following:
1. Press 6#.
Note:
France, New Zealand and Sweden, press 5#.
2. Press to finish the procedure.
When an external line becomes free you will be called back (recall
ring signal).
You have to answer within eight seconds, otherwise the Callback service is
cancelled. While waiting for the Callback, you can make and receive calls
as usual.
