Prefix Dialling Procedures
Procedures for personal greetings
On system terminals with a display personal greetings are recorded, monitored and
activated using the Foxkey. The same functions are also available using */# proce-
dures. The user operates the settings on his own terminal:

The global greeting (where available) is automati-
cally activated if no personal greetings (setting=0)
are recorded. If no global greeting is available
either, the greeting is automatically taken from the
Audio Guide (Enterprise Voice Mail only).
Active greeting

Greeting 1, 2 or 3 can be selected as the active
greeting, if permitted. The greeting 0 corresponds
to the global greeting.
Max. recording time per greeting
<0.0.300> sec.
Applies only to personal greetings. For global
greetings the maximum length is defined in the file
management.

file assigned to it. The caller then has the possibility
for instance of influencing the way in which his call
is handled.
