Safety Instructions
The safety of users has been taken into account during the design and production of this
product, but please also observe the following instructions, just in case.
1.
Consider your physical condition before training. You should train at appropriate
intervals and not too intensely, making sure that you have adequate physical strength
and that the training is not harmful to you.
2.
Take particular care of children, patients and the disabled, ensuring that they are not
exposed to danger.
3.
Wear comfortable, close-fitting clothes to avoid getting caught up on the machine.
4.
Stop exercising and lie down if you feel uncomfortable.
5.
For use by one person only.
6.
Tighten the screws and nuts after assembly.
7.
Periodically carry out maintenance on the machine. It is very important that you never
use the machine while it is broken.
8.
Place the machine on a smooth, clean, flat and dry floor.
9.
Use original parts. Do not use substitute parts from any other source.
10.
Do not use the machine if you are overweight.
11.
Inspect every part of the machine carefully before using it.
12.
Only use the machine indoors. Do not use it in a sunny or humid environment.
