Bend your right leg and sit on the cushion. Put your right palm on the ground and your
left hand on your waist. Stretch your left leg out on the backrest, hold your breath and
push it down with. Repeat 10 times, then change legs. This is beneficial for the buttocks,
thighs and legs, and will gradually remove fat from the legs.

Exercising the arms, abdomen, and waist
Place a hand or both elbows on the backrest. Keep your upper body straight as you push
down then come back up again. This will tighten the muscles of your arms, abdomen and
waist. With regular exercise, you can get rid of fat and achieve a flatter stomach.

Sit-ups and push-downs
Place your back against the backrest as shown in the picture. Push down on the backrest
then come back up again. This can provide effective relief from soreness of the back and
waist caused by lack of exercise or poor posture and walking habits. It is generally
beneficial for the back and helps with fatigue.
