Fit a
lifting lug
in one of the upper holes in
the lower arm, for the attachment screws.

Parts:

A: Lifting lug
Secure the lower arm with a roundsling in
an overhead crane and lift it to the robot.

Attachment screws: M12x50 quality steel
Gleitmo 12.9 (18 pcs)
Refit the
attachment screws and washers
to secure the lower arm to the axis-2 gear-
box.

Tightening torque: 110 Nm.

Secure the complete upper arm with round-
slings in an overhead crane and lift it to the
robot.
