Prerequisites for installation
Internet connection:

The gateway does not operate in networks with a VPN (Virtual Private Network)
or Proxy server.

The default DNS server address is the Google DNS server for global customers
(8.8.8.8) and the Baidu DNS server for customers located in China
(114.114.114.114).
