270 Parameters
Standstill
Standstill ID run. The motor is injected with DC
current. With an AC induction (asynchronous)
motor, the motor shaft is not rotated. With a
permanent magnet motor, the shaft can rotate
up to half a revolution.
Note:
This mode should be selected only if the
,
or
ID run is not
possible due to the restrictions caused by the
connected mechanics (e.g. with lift or crane
applications).
3
Autophasing
Not applicable
4
Current
measurement
calibration
Requests current measurement calibration, ie.
identification of current measurement offset and
gain errors. The calibration will be performed at
next start.
5
Advanced
Advanced ID run. Only for frames R6…R8.
Guarantees the best possible control accuracy.
The ID run takes a very long time to complete.
This mode should be selected when top
performance is needed across the whole
operating area.
Note: The driven machinery must be de-coupled
from the motor because of high torque and
speed transients that are applied.
WARNING!
The motor may run at up to the
maximum (positive) and minimum
(negative) allowed speed during the ID run.
Several accelerations and decelerations are done.
The maximum torque, current and speed allowed
by the limit parameters may be utilized. ENSURE
THAT IT IS SAFE TO RUN THE MOTOR BEFORE
PERFORMING THE ID RUN!
6
Adaptive
Adaptive ID run. Initially, drive runs in Standstill
ID run mode and then refines the motor
parameters during the normal operation. This
helps to achieve more optimal performance.
Note:
This is applicable for R0...R5 frames only.
7
Shows the type of ID run that was performed
last. For more information about the different
modes, see the selections of parameter
.
