Mount the new INT board using all fastening screws.
Note: Use all fastening screws to ensure proper grounding of the board.

Reconnect the fiber optic cables and the power supply connector.

Carry out a visual check and verify the connections by comparing
them with the corresponding wiring diagram.

Put the defective board into an antistatic bag.

Power up the drive and check the version number of the EPLDs and
the Pulse Pattern Flash (if applicable, see step
7) using
Drive
Windows.

Confirm the proper functioning of the drive.

If the defective board has to be returned to ABB, particularly if the
component is still under warranty, follow the procedures as stated in
the Warranty Directives (this is recommended even if the warranty
period has expired).
