416 Fieldbus control through a fieldbus adapter

Setting up the drive for fieldbus control

1. Install the fieldbus adapter module mechanically and electrically according to the

instructions given in the

User’s manual

of the module.

2. Power up the drive.

3. Enable the communication between the drive and the fieldbus adapter module

with parameter

communication break.

Note:

This function monitors both the communication between the fieldbus

master and the adapter module and the communication between the adapter
module and the drive.
