Replacing an inverter module

WARNING!

Read the safety instructions given in chapter

Safety instructions

. If you

ignore them, injury or death, or damage to the equipment can occur.

WARNING!

Make sure the replacement module has exactly the same type code as
the old module.

WARNING!

Hot, pressurized coolant may be present in the cooling circuit. Do not work on any
section of the cooling system before it has been depressurized and drained.

WARNING!

Use the required personal protective equipment. Wear protective gloves and long
sleeves. Some parts have sharp edges.

Removing the module

1.

Repeat the steps described in section

Electrical safety precautions (page 16)

.

2.

Remove the shrouding in front of the module.

3.

Undo the locking screws of the swing-out frame (if present) and open it.

4.

Unplug the wiring from the module and move it aside. Use cable ties to keep the wiring
out of the way.

5.

Remove the L-shaped DC busbars at the top of the module. Make note of the orientation
of the screws as well as the order of the washers.
