25 SPEED REF RAMP
Firmware block:
SPEED REF RAMP
(25)
This block
• selects the source for the speed
ramp input
• adjusts acceleration and
deceleration times (also for jogging)
• adjusts acceleration/deceleration
ramp shapes
• adjusts ramp time for emergency
stop OFF3
• forces the output of the ramp
generator to a defined value
• shows the ramped and shaped
speed reference value.

parameter groups

25.01
SPEED RAMP IN
FW block:
(see above)
Shows the source of the speed ramp input. The default value is P.3.3 i.e. signal
, which is the output of the
firmware block.
Note:
This parameter cannot be set by the user.
Value pointer: Group and index
25.02
SPEED SCALING
FW block:
(see above)
Defines the speed value used in acceleration and deceleration (parameters
and
). Also affects fieldbus reference scaling (see
,
section
on page
).
0…30000 rpm
Speed value for acceleration/deceleration.
25.03
ACC TIME
FW block:
(see above)
Defines the acceleration time i.e. the time required for the speed to change from zero to the speed
value defined by parameter
.
If the speed reference increases faster than the set acceleration rate, the motor speed will follow the
acceleration rate.
If the speed reference increases slower than the set acceleration rate, the motor speed will follow the
reference signal.
If the acceleration time is set too short, the drive will automatically prolong the acceleration in order
not to exceed the drive torque limits.
0…1800 s
Acceleration time.
