DANGER
High voltage
The voltages present in the equipment are
potentially lethal.
Mechanical parts in movement brusque
Tensions and brusque moving parts can cause
death, damage to persons and property
Follow carefully the instructions and
directions provided in the manual and
respect scrupulously all safety procedures.
ATTENTION
The following activities should be performed
by qualified personnel. Before performing
any of the following activities, also ensure
that all power circuits and all auxiliary
circuits are turned off and properly
segregated.
ATTENTION
Before every operation on power circuits
ensure that the main circuit is properly
isolated and earthed in no case don’t
bypass possible systems of electrical and
mechanical interlocks for access to parts.
The lack of maintenance of the equipment
can cause serious injury and destruction
of equipment. Scrupulously respect the
instructions below. The maintenance
operations should be performed regularly.
7.1 Preventive maintenance
The continuity of operation of the framework
rests with a good and regular maintenance.
The maintenance intervals indicated below
shall be understood as indicative.
The effective maintenance intervals depend on
the environmental conditions and the
characteristics of the system, and must be
defined on the basis of the staff experience of
the Service and Maintenance of the effective
needs of the service.
Even, you need to keep in mind also the
environmental conditions particularly dusty,
with high humidity or the presence of corrosive
fumes.
Preliminary operation.
Before accessing any part of the panel DCGear,
pay attention scrupulously respecting access
procedures defined for each compartment.
Visual Inspection
Activity:
Condition – Safety instruction:
Risks:
Visual inspection of the state of the equipment in the cell of auxiliary circuits
and the cell of high voltage.
Visual inspection of the state of the power connections.
Control of cleaning of the insulators parts in the cell of high voltage.
De-energize the power circuits and e connected to ground.
Disconnect the auxiliary contacts.
Equipment on trolley in position “DISCONNECTED”.
Danger-high voltage and mechanical parts in movement brusque.
The activity requires action in the auxiliary cell and high voltage cell.
De-energize all circuits. Use proper precautions.
