These settings provide a bigger safety margin for the motor voltage during start-up.

Check motor voltage; if value has been set with

motor voltage must
remain constant, or must not exceed this value.
Measure speed with manual tacho; balance maximum speed with Potentiometer

R9
[on PS5311 board].
Stop the drive and switch OFF power!
