Send telegram "Fault Lamp"
Option:
only on read request
on change of status
With the setting "only on read request". the object value “Channel X telegr.
fault lamp" can only be read when requested. For the parameter setting "on
change of status", the current status on change is sent.
Send telegram "Fault DALI"
Option:
only on read request
on change of status
With the setting "only on read request", the object value “Channel X telegr.
heartbeat DALI-Gateway” can only be read on request. For the parameter
setting "on change of status", the current status on change is sent.
Send telegram "Fault 230 VAC"
Option:
only on read request
on change of status
With the setting "only on read request", the object value "Telegr. 230 VAC"
can only be read when requested. With the parameter setting "on change of
status", the current status is sent automatically when it is changed.
Note: This fault affects the operating voltage of the DALI-Gateway and can
also be a DC voltage.
Acknowledge faults
Option:
no
yes
With the "no" setting, a telegram is sent using the corresponding
communication object via the EIB if a fault occurs (ballast, lamps, DALI, 230
VAC). As soon as the fault is rectified, a telegram with the value "0" is sent
automatically. The change in the fault state may take 45 seconds and
depends on the number of connected DALI devices.
With the "yes" setting, a telegram is sent if a fault occurs. This fault signal
remains set until the fault is rectified and the fault signal is reset via the
communication object "Acknowledge faults". Only then is a telegram with
the value "0" sent via the corresponding communication object. This can be
very useful with the detection of sporadic faults or events which occur during
manned monitoring times.
Send / receive communication telegram cyclic
Option:
no

telegram
send/receive
telegram
With the “no” setting, the functions and communication objects are not
available. The DALI-Gateway does not send a monitoring telegram and thus
does not check the EIB bus to monitor the communication channels.
With the “send telegram” setting, a telegram is sent cyclically via the EIB in
order to signal the presence of the DALI-Gateway.
With the “receive telegram” setting, the DALI-Gateway expects a telegram to
be sent cyclically which indicates the communication capability of the EIB or
the presence of a device. If the DALI-Gateway does not receive a telegram
within a defined time interval, the fault on the EIB communication channel or
a device fault is assumed and a response defined in the
