4.2.2 Mounting surface (fastening of the FlexPLP IRPLP 220 to the floor plate)
Inclination
If FlexPLP IRPLP 220 is mounted on a base plate, the base plate would be mounted
horizontally on the ground.
Robustness
The FlexPLP IRPLP 220 must be secured on a mounting surface that is sized to
withstand the static loads resulting from the weight of the equipment and the
dynamic loads generated by the movements of the carriages and the weight carried.
The table below lists the maximum static loads generated by a FlexPLP IRPLP 220
at nominal payload:

Holes Configuration
The figures below show the countersunk and dowel holes prepared in the base
body of the horizontal axis.The unit must be secured with socket head hex screws
M8 (DIN 7984) and two 8 mm dowel pins.
