Display of the Slave Address. Factory set-
ting 126 (valid Addresses 0-125).
The PA-Address can be entered using the
following functions:
Hardware switch (see Section 8.5.2), Bus or
the menu PA-Address. The hardware
switch setting has the highest priority. An
Address set using the hardware switch can-
not be changed, either over the Bus or using
the menu. If the switch address setting is
not active, DIP-Switch 8=OFF, then the
Address can be set over the Bus or the
menu, but only if cyclic communication is
not active.

ON: the Address setting can be binary
coded using switches 1-7. Switches 9 and
A have no function.
Example: Set Address 50 using the swit-

DIP-switch 2, 5, 6 and 8 to ON = PA-Ad-
dress 50. An Address-switch setting
change is only recognized after the instru-
ment is rebooted, not if changed during nor-
mal operation. Factory setting for the switch
is : OFF
