Replace a Fuse
If one of the fuses blows or is otherwise damaged, the analyzer automatically turns off. There
are two fuses in the analyzer – one 10 A fuse for the electronics and one 15 A fuse for the pump.
These fuses are available at auto parts stores or from ABB service support.
Electronics fuse, automotive, 10 A 32 V DC blade, ATO/ATC, color – red (see Figure 28)
Pump fuse, automotive, 15 A 32 V DC blade, ATO/ATC, color – blue (see Figure 29)

To replace a fuse:
1. If using the analyzer with MobileGuard™, ensure that no drive is currently active in the
MobileGuard™ software.
2. Flip the power switch on the front panel of the analyzer to OFF (see Figure 2).
IMPORTANT!
To prevent draining the vehicle battery, do not turn off the vehicle before
turning off the analyzer.
3. If using the analyzer with MobileGuard™, disconnect both 11.5-15 V DC analyzer power
4. Turn off the vehicle.
5. Remove all the screws securing the top cover to the analyzer.
6. Carefully remove the cover ensuring not to reposition the GPS receiver connections.
