Runout noises

Rotor rubbing

vice station.
Foreign object in the tur-
bocharger
Dismantle the turbocharger (see chapter Fitting
and dismantling). In case of damage, replace the
corresponding parts or contact a Turbo Systems
service station.

Runout time too short
The runout time must be noted down as a reference. Because the runout time depends on
the oil viscosity, the runout time must always be measured at the same oil temperature.
If the runout time is significantly shorter in comparison to a previous measurement, the fol-
lowing table must be observed.
