The value set here specifies the limit temperature that is not allowed to be exceeded (heating) or
dropped below (cooling). If the temperature reaches this value, the control value is immediately set
to 0.
The value set here is compared with the value received via a group object or via one of the physi-
cal device inputs (depending on the option selected, in the
Input for temperature limit sensor

The hysteresis on the limit temperature specifies the value by which the limit temperature must be
dropped below again (heating) or exceeded (cooling) before the controller becomes active again.

Freeze
Reset
This parameter decides what is to happen to the I-proportion on reaching the limit temperature.
•
Freeze
: The I-proportion is frozen at the actual value. As soon as the controller is active again,
it continues to operate with the same I-proportion as before reaching the limit.
•
Reset
: The I-proportion is reset to 0. Once the controller becomes active again, the I-proportion
starts at 0.
