What is the required fan speed?
The
required fan speed
is the fan speed which has to be achieved,
e.g. when the transition and dwell times are completed.
Note
The limitations are included in this observation, i.e. if a limitation
allows only fan speed 2 and the fan is operating at fan speed 2,
and for example, a telegram to switch up is received, the
required
fan speed
remains at 2 as fan speed 3 cannot be activated due to
the limitation.
