Inspection, dampers
The procedure below details how to inspect the dampers.

Turn off all:

electric power supply
•
hydraulic pressure supply
•
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working
area.

Check all
dampers
for damage, such as cracks
or existing impressions that are larger than 1 mm.

Check attachment screws for deformation.

If any damage is detected, the damper must be
replaced with a new one!
